Terms and Conditions
Version 2026-10-18. These terms apply every time you visit or play VerbaFlip.
About these terms
VerbaFlip is a word game operated by Eniclic ("we", "us"), contactable at info@eniclic.com. By creating an account or playing, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Community Guidelines.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to have a VerbaFlip account. Accounts for players under 13 are not permitted. If we learn an account belongs to someone under 13, we will remove it and its data. If you are 13–17, you should have permission from a parent or guardian to play, and additional privacy protections apply to your account (see the Privacy Policy).
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done through your account. Choose a username that is respectful — offensive, impersonating or advertising usernames may be changed or removed. One person may hold one account; sharing, selling or transferring accounts is not allowed.
Fair play
Play by the rules: change exactly one letter each turn, use real English words, and do not use automation, scripts, external help during timed turns, multiple accounts in the same game, or any exploit. Rankings come only from verified completed games. We may remove scores, void games or suspend accounts where fair play is broken (see the Community Guidelines).
Premium subscription
VerbaFlip Premium (Medium and Hard modes) is offered for £1.50 per month. Payment, renewal, cancellation and refund terms are described in our Subscription Terms. Simple mode is free.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account, or remove content, if you break these terms or the Community Guidelines, or to keep the game safe. You may stop playing and delete your account at any time from your profile page; we will then erase your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes and availability
We keep improving VerbaFlip and may change features, timers, scoring or these terms. Material changes to these terms will be announced in the app, and you will be asked to accept the new version before continuing to play. The game is provided as is; we do not promise it will always be available or error-free, and we are not liable for losses that are not a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Questions, complaints or notices: info@eniclic.com.
