Subscription Terms

What Premium is

VerbaFlip Premium unlocks Medium mode (45-second turns, 1.5× points) and Hard mode (30-second turns, 2× points) plus premium rooms with friends. Simple mode stays free. Premium is a personal, non-transferable licence for your account.

Price and billing

Premium costs £1.50 per month, inclusive of VAT where applicable. Stripe securely processes your payment. Your subscription renews automatically every month on the same date unless you cancel. There is one Premium plan, with no upgrades or downgrades.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time — no notice period. Your Premium stays active until the end of the month you have already paid for, then simply does not renew. Cancellation instructions are shown in the app, and you can also email info@eniclic.com.

Refunds

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected. UK and EU consumers may have a 14-day cancellation right. Starting a subscription immediately does not automatically remove that right. Contact info@eniclic.com for cancellation or refund requests; any lawful deduction for services already supplied must be explained. These terms require legal review before commercial launch.

Reward Coin purchases

Reward Coins unlock cosmetics only. They cannot purchase Ranking Points, extra lives, hints, longer timers or competitive advantages. Coins have no cash redemption value, cannot be transferred, and cannot be exchanged for real-world prizes. There are no loot boxes or gambling mechanics. Under-18 players need parental purchase authorisation. Refunded or disputed payments reverse the corresponding coin credit; where coins have already been spent, further cosmetic spending may be restricted until the balance is restored. Applicable consumer refund rights still apply.

Price changes and pauses

If the price changes we will give you at least 14 days' notice by email or in the app before the new price applies, and you can cancel before then to avoid it.

Eligibility and live status

You need a VerbaFlip account (13+) to subscribe; if you are 13–17, ask a parent or guardian before paying. Checkout currently accepts test payments only; no real money is charged. Test Premium unlocks immediately after verified payment. Live payments remain disabled until the platform owner explicitly approves them.
